Costume Party for Children – December 31, 2024
To bring smiles to children’s faces and make them feel cared for, Rcell organized a costume party for children living in shelters. The event featured fun activities, entertainment, and gift distribution. This initiative seeks to spread joy, strengthen feelings of safety and care, and demonstrate Rcell’s continuous commitment to supporting the community, especially children in exceptional circumstances.

Initiative: “Rcell Murals” – August 4, 2025
As part of the Art and Services Initiative, Rcell transformed the walls of Al-Qadisiyah School in Qamishli into 13 vibrant art panels. Each mural tells a story about Rcell’s services, products, and apps that accompany subscribers daily, blending artistic creativity with a community message and offering students and visitors a unique visual experience. This initiative reflects Rcell’s commitment to supporting art, education, and creativity, and fostering innovative engagement between its services and the community.
Martyr Herkol Book Fair – October 27, 2025
Rcell sponsored the Martyr Herkol Book Fair, offering visitors the chance to participate in special competitions where activating the Haki or Raed apps entered them into prize draws. The seven-day event was filled with meetings, discussions, and smiles, providing participants with an enjoyable and enriching experience, promoting interaction with books and knowledge, and creating memorable moments for all attendees. This participation reflects Rcell’s commitment to supporting culture and knowledge and encouraging the community to engage in educational and creative activities.

Initiative: “Support and Hope” – July 2, 2025
In collaboration with Raqqa Municipality, Rcell launched an initiative to restore the beauty of Al-Wadi Street, adding a distinctive Rcell touch. The campaign included comprehensive cleaning and the distribution of over 35 waste containers, strategically placed to maintain cleanliness and enhance the area’s aesthetic appeal. This initiative reflects Rcell’s commitment to social responsibility and its efforts to improve the local environment and raise awareness about the importance of keeping cities clean and beautiful.
World Youth Skills Day – July 16, 2025
To mark World Youth Skills Day, Rcell organized a workshop titled “Building Personal Identity”, focusing on developing personal skills and exploring the roots, values, and experiences that shape each individual’s unique story.  The workshop aimed to empower youth to express themselves confidently and build future paths with distinction, reaffirming Rcell’s commitment to supporting and enabling young people to become leaders of positive change in their communities.  
Press Conference to Launch VOLTE Service – May 21, 2025
Rcell held a press conference to announce the upcoming launch of VOLTE service, marking a significant leap in voice call quality and connectivity experience for its subscribers.  The event highlighted the advanced features of the service, which will soon be available, offering clearer and smoother communication and reinforcing Rcell’s position as a provider of innovative telecom solutions. 
Initiative: “Support and Hope” – February 16, 2025
In collaboration with the Kurdistan Child Protection Organization, Rcell launched a unique initiative to support families and camp residents by delivering five trucks carrying over 150 water tanks to Nowruz Camp in Derik.  This effort aims to provide essential water supplies and alleviate daily hardships, reflecting Rcell’s ongoing commitment to practical and impactful humanitarian projects.

As part of its commitment to providing assistance to displaced families, Rcell, in collaboration with the Communications Office, offered free internet access at all designated shelters for displaced residents in Raqqa and Tabqa. This initiative aims to facilitate communication between displaced families and their loved ones, ensuring essential support during this critical period. It reflects Rcell’s dedication to social responsibility and its efforts to assist vulnerable groups under all circumstances.
Humanitarian Support Campaign for Displaced Families – December 5, 2024
Believing that social responsibility is a cornerstone of its work, Rcell launched a large-scale humanitarian campaign to support displaced families, including the distribution of food baskets and blankets to meet their basic needs during this difficult time.  This initiative aims to ease daily hardships, bring comfort and hope, and reaffirm Rcell’s ongoing commitment to supporting the community and caring for those most in need. 
World Youth Skills Day – July 19, 2024
Recognizing that youth are the true wealth and future of society, Rcell participated in celebrating World Youth Skills Day by supporting and organizing a specialized workshop in collaboration with the Ormi Team.  The workshop aimed to empower young men and women in various fields, offering opportunities to acquire new skills that enhance their capabilities and help them become leaders of positive change in their communities. This initiative served as a platform to inspire youth and encourage them to develop their potential and achieve their ambitions.  Through this participation, Rcell reaffirms its commitment to continuously supporting youth potential and investing in their future, believing in their pivotal role in building a more advanced and prosperous society. 
Sponsorship Agreement with Asayish Sports Club Schools – 2024 Season
Believing that sports are more than entertainment—they are a way of life that builds a healthy and strong society—Rcell signed a sponsorship agreement with Asayish Sports Club Schools for the 2024 season. Under this agreement, Rcell became the official sponsor, providing all necessary sports equipment to support young athletes and create a comprehensive training environment that enhances their skills and strengthens their presence in sports.  This step reflects Rcell’s dedication to nurturing talent, promoting sports activities, and contributing to building a generation capable of achieving success and representing its region proudly.

During Ramadan, Rcell launched the “Ramadan of Goodness” campaign, distributing food baskets to families in need across various regions. Ramadan Festival – Sponsored by Rcell
Under Rcell’s sponsorship, the first Ramadan Festival was launched in Qamishli at Azadi Park from March 28 to 30, creating a festive atmosphere that brought joy and vibrancy to the region during the holy month.  The festival aimed to deliver a unique social experience, revive Ramadan traditions, and stimulate economic activity by supporting small businesses and giving them space to showcase their products and engage with visitors.  This event reflects Rcell’s vision of strengthening community bonds and promoting initiatives that spread happiness and encourage local development.    
Tree Planting and Public Facility Renovation Campaign – Celebrating Rcell’s 5th Anniversarycell
In line with its commitment to the community and environment, Rcell launched a large-scale campaign for tree planting and renovation of public facilities in several areas, notably Al-Sinaa Roundabout in Qamishli, marking the company’s fifth anniversary.  The campaign aims to improve environmental quality, create green spaces for citizens, and reinforce the principles of social responsibility that Rcell embraces in all its projects and initiatives.  Through this effort, Rcell reiterates its dedication to supporting environmental and developmental projects that contribute to building a more beautiful and balanced society.

Honoring Outstanding Sales Points As part of its commitment to strengthening partnerships with sales points and supporting them, Rcell organized a special ceremony to honor top-performing sales points for their dedication to customer service and excellence in showcasing the company’s products.  During the event, appreciation shields were awarded to outstanding partners, reflecting Rcell’s ongoing commitment to collaborative success and its belief that shared achievements are the foundation of growth.   
Initiative: “Drawing a Smile” – Sponsored by Rcell- December 14, 2023
Driven by its humanitarian mission and commitment to supporting children affected by war, Rcell, in collaboration with Amal Association, launched the initiative “Drawing a Smile” by distributing bicycles to children in Raqqa. The event took place at Kawkab Al-Tufula School in Raqqa, bringing joy to children’s hearts and providing psychological and moral support, helping them forget the harsh circumstances they endured.  Through this initiative, Rcell emphasizes that its journey of giving continues, and standing by children remains a core part of its social responsibility, aiming to spread hope and foster happiness in the community.  
Mobile Service Centers Initiative – Sponsored by Rcell
As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting subscribers and improving service accessibility, Rcell launched the Mobile Service Centers Initiative to provide direct assistance to customers across North and East Syria. On August 1, 2023, Rcell deployed specialized field teams with a mobile service center to the following areas: Qamishli, Raqqa, Tabqa, Kobani, Manbij, Sirin, Qahtaniya, Al-Arisha Camp, and Hasakah.  These teams delivered technical support and essential services, particularly for customers unable to visit fixed service centers or living in remote areas, ensuring easy access to Rcell’s services without hassle. 
Rcell Sponsoring the Asayishe Sport Club Schools
In a show of support for the importance of sports for the health of future generations, Rcell signed a sponsorship deal with the Asayesh Sports Club schools for the 2023-2024 season. As part of this sponsorship, Rcell will provide the club with all its sporting equipment.                  
Rcell Participation in Cordoba University Graduation for 2023 Year
Rcell participated on the 16th of July 2023 as a sponsor for the graduation party of Cordoba University in Qamishly city, Syria. During the graduation, our team congradulate the graduates on their special day and motivated them through a freautful speach then distributed multiple gifts such as free SIM cards for the graduates with free internet balance, and swee boxes for the graduates and attendees. It was an honer being part of such an occassion, and on behalf of all our team we wish all the best to the graduates and all our youth.   
Rcell as Official Sponsor of “Eye scream” Exhibition
Rcell served as the official sponsor of the “Eye scream” art exhibition in Qamishli, featuring over 70 artworks by participating students. The event included a documentary on the reality of children in camps, accompanied by messages of support from prominent figures and artists.  Cultural performances, heritage showcases, and karate demonstrations added diversity to the exhibition. The program concluded with participant recognition and a commemorative shield presented to Rcell for its role as the official sponsor.  
Rcell Sponsors Nowruz Volleyball Championship
Rcell was the official sponsor of the Nowruz Volleyball Championship held in Siha Kabira village, featuring 24 teams competing in a group-stage format leading to the finals.  Organizers expressed their appreciation to Rcell by presenting a shield of gratitude, acknowledging its ongoing support for volleyball and contribution to the tournament’s success. 
Campaign: A little help makes a lot
Rcell Launches Charity Campaign for Earthquake Relief Efforts On 11/2/2023, Rcell initiated a charity campaign with the purpose of supporting the areas affected by the recent earthquake disaster. The campaign's main objective is to provide essential materials such as shelter, food, and medicine to those in need. The company encouraged all who were interested to participate and provide assistance in any way possible. Rcell also made a significant commitment by allocating all direct revenues generated on the same day to the campaign. On the following day, Rcell collected all the funds and revenue generated through the campaign and handed them over to the Kurdish Red Crescent. The organization was entrusted with the task of converting the funds into basic materials to be distributed among the affected areas.  The humanitarian work that Rcell had done did not go unnoticed. The Kurdish Red Crescent presented the company with a shield of gratitude as a token of appreciation for their contribution towards the relief efforts. Rcell's charity campaign is a shining example of corporate social responsibility and demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting the communities in which it operates. The company's humanitarian efforts have not only provided immediate relief to those affected but also inspired others to come forward and support the cause.
