Job Title: Telepower Supervisor Location: Hasakah Type: Full-Time General Job Role: Manage and maintain AC/DC power systems across LTE sites, oversee operations, optimize solar and generator configurations, ensure uptime, and lead technical teams in the field while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of AC/DC power systems for LTE sites. • Supervise power system operations and maintenance, ensuring system uptime and reliability. • Manage and optimize solar power systems for energy efficiency. • Monitor and troubleshoot telecom device performance at LTE sites. • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards in all power-related operations. • Coordinate and manage technical staff for efficient maintenance execution. • Configure generators and rectifier cabinets for seamless operation. • Enforce safety compliance in all tasks and deployments. • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on system performance and staff activity. • Be available for deployment at any time or location per operational requirements.
