Responsibilities: • Responsible for supervising construction work on the company's buildings. • Responsible for submitting progress reports to relevant departments. • Responsible for preparing cost estimates for projects. • Responsible for preparing schedules for accepting work from contractors. • Responsible for reviewing quantity take-off sheets for construction projects. • Responsible for providing engineering specifications and technical requirements for construction projects. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions with contractors.
